As I understand it the winners of the EL go in to the CL next season.
If it were us would that mean the 4th placed team in the Prem would miss out ?

Won't happen, but ideally we'd win EL, Man Utd would win CL and one of Arsenal or Spurs finish 4th.

We can have a max. of 5 in the CL. I think it means that if one of our teams win either the CL or EL and finishes outside the top 4, then 4th spot is safe. Were we to win both and outside the top 4, then 4th place is lost..

Yep, if Leicester win the ECL and say Palace or Soton win the FA Cup not even 5th would get you into the EL.

Also depends who wins FA Cup say like Palace/Southampton,but yes if Leicester win ECL,then 6th place probably drops in ECL

Can anyone confirm that if Leicester win the ECL does that then mean the 6th place side doesn't qualify for the EL? I'm assuming it will go to 6th if a top 5 side win the FA Cup.

No. Unless ManU win CL and finish outside top 4, then yes. (I am assuming other 3 English teams in CL will finish top4)
